Warning for new register !

I hope that i am the last stupid guy who got ripped here !
WHoever new register this forum will see story like this :
ICQ PM from guy who introduce him self as admin here told me need to working with any vendor from this forum for activate new account (everyone need that anyway ) <<<Its happen almost within 5 minutes after i signup new account so that guy probably just waiting for newcomer for fishing , in this case most people don't have chance to read a rule how to activate an account user ! I hope that Moderator or Admin could have notification at very first time when someone signup account so people will not be like me !
THen he asking what do i need here ?
THen he will give you vendor contact ( ICQ ,Telegram ) probably same person !
I contact the vendor they told me buy stuff from them without escrow (of source ) .
I comeback to the first guy for escrow and make a deposit to his BTC wallet with hope that my account will get activate !

So hopefully i am the last guy here became a victim !
