is the swipe game dead (USA)? i need to know before i buy equipment

Q1: Yes the dip and swipe method still works(not in every store tho, some stores have been fucked so hard that the bank requeres for only chip and pin transaction).
Q2: I use USA 101 in Canada
Q3:Yes stay away from those, usually its Capital One bins which are garbage. Also some shops say that for freshly uploaded bases if you know some good bins u can buy them(that is if u trust that shop)
