Help with a Paypal Payment

Hi guys, I've been given the following link from an ebay vendor:

If anyone is willing to help me pay this, I'll pay them for their efforts in BTC. Final price obviously to be agreed upon.
That being said, I ain't paying for shit until the payment has been confirmed with the seller and that they're ready to send me the car part that this is for. Once the product hits the mail, I don't really care what happens (if you's are to void the sale or what ever).
I'll figure it out on my own b4 I entertain anything that sounds like a scam, instead of for wasting my time I'll just drag it out for as long as possible without ever paying you.
