The first step is you have dedicated browser for Cardin either chrome or Firefox because you will always clear the history and cache every time you card. I use Cc cleaner app
Then you need VPN or sock but I use 911
You need zip code of any card to give you precised location of the card owner
You also need to change the time of your system to match the time of your new location.
Open new mail in the name of the Cc holder. Outlook others.
Check your browser if it has changed location to your new location.
Card at evening or night of card owner eg If its US, Starr from 10pm US time because of the tip off to the owner.
Card small or according to what you think might be okay for the card.
Don't copy and paste card number, punch it one after the other.
