To buy btc with someone else it is difficult as soon as you need to by pass many verifications, otp and pray to not get your payment canceled...as soon as your card holder can decline the transaction...
It will be much easier to card on your own merchant or website...
but to buy btc with CC, you must by pass KYC on the exchanger, and also the limits are low... it is not profitable if you will buy resources like id , selfie, cc , proxy or rpd ...and many many other..
