you are right.
when a shop claimed that their cards are sniffed you will believe it at first until you try it yourself then found out that most of the sniffed cards are dead.
i bought 5 US cards claimed its sniffed. only 1 out of 5 was valid .
most of his cards are reselling elsewhere.
