It is important to acknowledge that it is the customers who keep the business running, not the sellers. Despite notifying the admin about a seller selling the product on another site, they still allow them to continue selling. As a result, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Additionally, the admin's response to tickets takes an extremely long time, which further highlights their incompetence.
