Looking for W-2 and EIN(employee identification number)

I'm looking for all the info off of a W-2 and the EIN (employee identification number) that matches from California ideally from the Los Angeles area. If anyone can help point me in the right direction of where I can get or buy any it would be helpful and much appreciated.
