Do track 1 of dumps need real account holders name ?

I swiped and charged approved.
I changed t1 into
B4147202219783915^NEW/NAME^1806201100001100000000714000000
After that, swiped card response declined, can not make transaction.
I changed t1 into before
B4147202219783915^SANDRZYK/MARK^1806201100001100000000714000000
And i can swiped card normal.
Who can tell me the reason ?
When i generation t1 from t2, do t1 need digit "B" at first ?

or
