if is offline you dont get paid for the buying and wait to cash out d+p to get money
if is online mean all card come from same place = all get catch on same place
if bank discover it can smash all serie and plus the store get under police investigate
next all that stuff to get 30 euros max if card work in india or other country on atm
is not fraudster who are not good
is just that all evolved, like get credit card from gas pump is not a 90 percent rate, is even some time lower than 40 percent success on atm so i post very well and i talk about what i know
is old and today even in canada or whatever you want country is a slave work with a lot of risk
go cash out in pakistan lol change theyr money in dollar or euros how much of this pos you have to have
