this is 10 years old tool and plus you have to swipe the card so dont work for EU, i mean start to swipe a card in EU in front of customer you would see
if a smart card use in most country, swipe it in front of customer he gonna slap you and you would be detected after 3 card, they just call police
like people search for country to cash out on atm dump + pin, swipe is not something normal today, maybe you can sell it to pakistan or congo....... and when they gonna detect it they gonna cut hes hand.......
