there is more than one app that don't need real owners phone verification, but kids like jamesbondd think we are talking about applepay or andriodpay lol
and like i said, the app isn't the problem,
the specific bins
the specific maximum amounts
the specific stores
and finally the specific states
are the key
You're, um, unnecessarily condescending for no legitimate reason. Even if I happen to be incorrect, you don't have to be an ass about it. A decent attitude is always preferable.
Anyways. I think you're wrong. When it comes to NFC, the apps are VERY limited, and the verification protocol is universal.
I think what you maybe referring to are other non-NFC apps that allow in-store mobile payment. If that is the case, then those are not NFC apps. Some of those apps (off the top of my head) are:
PayPal (app has in store payment option)
Walmart (app has in store payment option)
LevelUp (restaurants in store payment)
Square Order
Those apps dont subcribe to traditional NFC verification protocol, but do have a fraud scoring/screening system in place, so it does require knowledge of selecting proper bins and order limits. Most of this info will be gained from trial and error, unless you have a source that's willing to give up this info.
