Paypal method (using cc/bank logs)

Quick question when u add bank account and its attached to the account is it recommended that u leave the persons address thats on their profile alone and not change it to ur drops? Also if u have a bank baccount for example with 10k, what percentage of that is safe to load to the paypal account? Safe for For both sides of the bank and paypal. Also if say for example 2500 is safe, can we charge that in one hit somewhere and itll flow thru smoothly or will their be issues and safer to do charges of 500 a few different times to drain the balance?
I ask because i havent had to much experience with paypal accounts even though i been in the game with 10 years experience , its just that any time i dealt with paypal account using it seemed real touchy aka sensitive. Only time i had a good time with them was when i was handling them during the time i had my hands at ebay guest checkout and using certain bins but it wasnt using paypal accounts just paypal processor.
