I can vouch for Torrenzo. I contacted him on jabber, paid BTC, received a list of bins after first confirmation.
The bins he sends are rare, so you have to be patient, wait for updates and try ALL the carding sites or preorder.
The first card I bought immediately bypassed VBV on a site that has VBV badge It loads, says verifying 3DS secure.. refreshes.. Boom, confirmation!
