Доброго времени суток, вообщем вопрос в следующим, вбил стафф в шопе, на почту пришло вот такое письмо, пожалуйста, подскажите что в такой ситуации делать, этот стафф мой первый, заранее спасибо.

Thank you for your recent purchase, we are processing your charge at the moment but it appears to be taking some time.
Would you be able to confirm that the payment is processing correctly through your bank account. If possible would you be able to send us a screenshot of the charge as it appears on your bank statement so we can be sure everything is OK?
We know this seems like a big thing to ask for, but you can leave out all personal information.
We just need to see the charge info, date and amount, no personal details or numbers.
