Краткая суть притензии: залил на него ВЮ, после снятия перевода пропал на весь день, выплату не сделал, вечером обьясняется, что у оператора была ошибка "перевод получен" и он не при делах.
МСТН ему отдал утром, за пару часов до открытия банка, мстн был провен, транзакция была доступна для снятия, чуть позже он снимает бабки и выходит на связь спустя 12часов и просит залить еще раз и снова проверить будет ли ошибка в банке.

после уведомления его о блеке, начал рассказывать что теперь все будут думать что он риппер, и продолжал просить долив. в блеке отписаться не посчитал нужным, но почистить переписку в тг, видимо было лучшим решением. скрины есть, но толку от этого нет и не будет.
в его топике "о сервисе" уведомил других пользователей.
"отсутсвие денег для темы" - это скрытый отказ от гаранта.
