This bin is Chase Bank maybe block on Luxchecker this bank is very sensitive.
This doesn't mean shop is not good or they ripped you.

Yes bro I have bins that declined on Luxchecker which is working in stores or online.
Same bin declined on try2check as well.
bin is block on checker.
