This old scammer came with a new shop and decited to run a scam and exit im pretty sure. I loaded just 24$ i dont want moneyback just to blacklist this ripper.,

and reponse is as you can see in the screenshoot: 05 Declined / 2 Auth-Failed
I posted in his thread and he said ' money has been returned'

but the money has not been returned to my account., i told him in his thread again that no money has been returned, he said i didnt open ticket,, i already did: https://prnt.sc/JmygafavuwRt
and in the end he said: According with logs you got 00 responce for all cards. I see no reason for refund. https://prnt.sc/s6T3gD67bvAt
and he banned my account now in store scammed my money and did -negative rep to me.
Shame to this seller that is trying to run a scam exit!! Be aware
