I had $13.12 on my account on his store, Bought a card for $9.5 and he charges $0.50 for the check after which my balance was

The card was DEAD and he claimed to have refunded me for the $9.50 card which should bring my balance to $12.62 ($9.50 refunded card + $3.12 my initial balance after buying and checking the DEAD card)
Now he has reset my balance to $10 and has short handed me $2.62. I have asked nicely but he is keen to RIP me off.

He also claim to have refunded me $0.50 checker fee as well which means my balance now should be $13.12 What my balance was when i bought the last card and definitely NOT $10

i have given you your refund , based in your total bought cc you are the second fraudster here who try to kill ccs everytime and cry for 10$ refund.
next time i see you getting my cards smashed and shared for free in other forums i'll ban you

Firstly you dont see whats wrong?
You claim to have refunded $9.5 + checker fees of $0.5 which should be a total of $10 refund right?
what happen to my balance after i purchase the card? you make them disappear is what happened, You scamming your customer taking their balance.
Your checker are dead like your cards now you stealing balances. You re nothing but a fraudster .
BTW i dont chase your DEAD free cards they are dead anyways why chase DEad cards?
You can BAN my account all you want BUT YOU MUST REFUND ME! with this thieving behavior is just a matter of time for you to be back on blacklist again
