I had never sold you any vbv bins, your sale was just
NON-VBV bin.
Your non-vbv bin length was 6 like 5****3, even if the first 6 digits are the same, the issuer bank may be different depending on the next 2 digits.
5****3 bin(including 5****3BA, 5****3BB, 5****3BD, ...) is from USA bank, but 5****3AB may be from Taiwan, 5****3AC may be from France and 5****3AD may be from Brazil like this.
I don't want to share your bin here. It's not good for either you or me.
You just asked for a refund for wrong bin info, it should be a refund for wrong non-vbv bin itself.
I have already mentioned non-vbv refund policy on "My NonVBV Bins page", you check this page again.
We refund only if specific BIN turns out to be VBV or 3DS enabled.
Refund will be possible when all following requirements are met.
1. Open a ticket to send image of verification prompt.
2. The card of problem should be the one purchased on our store.
3. We only accept refund requests made within next 24 hours after purchase.
I don't stand here for just stealing small amounts of money from some complainers.
