3) I posted a comment on their main thread letting them know of this post, and including a link.
Their checker hasn't worked in over 2 weeks. It usually works on and off inconsistently (usually 3 days on, 2 days non-working, etc), but lately it hasn't worked for the past 2 weeks entirely. I realize it's a hard battle to prove the checker isn't working, and it's easy for the shop owner to just say it's fake news/made up, so I documented everything on video, unedited. I also included the screenshots of key moments.
To explain, on the video, I purchased 2 refundable CCs (5 min window to refund), opened one CC then immediately checked it on a Luxchecker account (it returned card dead 05 code), then I checked it via API on 0check checker (also returned dead 05 code), then I called Citi Credit phone prompt to access the credit card balance, where it also confirmed the card is dead. After all of those 3 confirmations, I checked the card on the seller's store, where it showed valid. I stopped the video recording after clicking check on the seller's portal because it took about 1 hour to finish the check, and declare the card valid. I recorded the screen a 2nd time to show the final result so the seller/admin can not claim it was a doctored screenshot.

I created all of those 3 accounts (00code, luxchecker, 0check) and funded them just to expose this. The seller MUST fix the issue immediately, run tests on their end to verify the results of their fix, and make the announcement once everything has been fixed. The seller not only is benefiting by selling dead cards as refundable, but they're also getting $1 for every check where it returns valid result (which is 100% of the cases now). I've lost a lot to on their store because of this, and now they must pay back. They're relying on people either staying quiet and moving on, or not posting hard evidence like me. And finally, they can't use the easy excuse of "oh we don't control the checker, etc." It's their responsibility to make sure their checker is working and announce anytime the checker is not working/returning false positives. Otherwise, they have to refund people their for false-positives.

Hello.
First card you got TimeOff - your time for check has been expired;
Second card - you got "no reason to decline", which means card is valid;
I'd like also pay attention for the fact, that cards had been checked by you on side checker and it's serious violation rules of the shop. For such actions you have to be banned. Killing cards and then doing complains will never lead you to refund.

What are you talking about? I did this whole experiment to show you that your checker is returning false positives (i.e it is not working), and you don't acknowledge that? How can shop owners be so indifferent to hard evidence?
I'm not interested in getting a refund for that one card. That's not the purpose of this whole thread. I am interested in you fixing your checker, and acknowledging you have a problem.
Your focus should be on why the first CC (4100390623507056 | 11 | 2026 | 740 | UNITED STATES | Maria Pelayo | 604 Pringle Ave | Galt | CA | 95632 | 209314-4896 | mailto:[email protected]) is being declared valid when 2 different checkers, as well as the bank's phone prompt tell me it is dead? Don't skip over this part. Shameless.

jamesbondd, shop don't refund for 10 or 99 code, your card was checked by 4check api and got 99 code response.

Mak, this is not a 99 situation. The CC has been long dead and replaced (code 05). I showed you two checkers both returning 05 code, and I confirmed it with the ultimate checker (phone call) that showed the card is dead and has been replaced as well. Why are you willing to accept his explanation when at best it's not accurate?
My whole issue here is the shops easily blaming their checker and continuing to profit from dead cards. When someone shows (with proof like I did) that your checker is wrong, you can't continue to use that checker and use it as the excuse. What's the benefit from this whole thing?

Anyway we can't re-check it, seller told that it's 99 code and they don't refund such cards, so we can't ask him to refund or make moneyback. You can post your feedback with this situation and switch to another shop.
