Software to write exist already or can be done, but that's not the point today
you have to understand that every transaction is signed, mean uniq, so you cant reuse the data
that's the real problem for emv

We have to get busy for the EMV bypass/smth. Who is interested, lets team up!
I have some ideas how it could work but I dont know java and the coding.
