You don't need a bunch of stuff... What you need to do is build an imsi catcher, or a GSM data receiver skimmer. I can't believe these forums, no one here really wants to help anyone!! They either just wanna scam u, or start a pissing match.
Look up SDR=Software defined radio. Once you have a decent SDR you can find 95% of what you need to log data with Kali Linux, or, a new Linux release just for SDR called SigintOS, I run it live off a USB stick. Good luck

What good would be an imsi catcher? To get the dumps from the atm? or what are you talking about?

My friend, you put shit on me, but the fact is that you do not know what are you doing.
You show me .txt file with only 2 dumps in it and ask me to pay you $1000.
You tell me that you work with this but you even did not know that when collecting dumps you need a timer on it. How then you use the dumps?
Even that you can not explain how even your SW works.
