Performing spoof email in phishing attack

Hey dudes,
How do you spoof emails? Do you use open SMTP servers?
I'm planning a spear phishing in a big company by spoof e-mail method, but I need a SMTP Server with good reputation.
I'm looking for SMTP relay servers with no authentication, but its really hard to find one!
How do you perform it?
