Choosing the right RDP (Newbie question)

I'm trying to pick the right RDP to buy for carding. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
1) Does OS matter? Most RDP'S I see use Windows Server. Should I only go for windows 7, 10, etc.?
2) Should I only buy RDP with Direct IP?
3) Should I only buy RDP with Admin Access?
4) Do I need to bother with Socks, CCleaner, etc when using RDP? Or just plug and get get to action?
5) How to test and see if the RDP is good? I see most of them have 1 out of 146 blacklist. Is that a dealbreaker?
