Do i use tails when making order from CVV2

Im new to this stuff so bear with me. I know i need Admin rdp , 911 , anonymity is 100 and im within 200 miles under the cc's location , tmac , virtual machine.
But do i have to do this when i run tails? or should i run it through mozilla?
