To card best buy you need some strong bins like signature 414720, 414734 e.tc. also you need to match the shipping state city with your ip. if you want to do pickup you need a very strong RDP or Socks which i prefer. Same state cc. Remove the card name and put your pickup name. It should be picked up as soon as it is ready especially for big prices.
