The reason why you didn't get any answer is, because there is none
If it would be this easy, everybody would be doing it.
There might be some sites were this is possible, but I don't think anyone is stupid enough to tell you if he found a cardable e-gift shop.

You see, its not that easy to card Gift Cards with ccv, I particularly just buy the Gift Cards cheap at large qty and resell to friends and on other boards at higher rate and make my profit
