hackers/spammers and international bins

looking for certi hackers and spammers who can spam rare bins, like, business, platinums and credit bins both UK and international.
im also looking to expand my knowledge in bins. I want to find foreign bins that hit designer sites like Selfridges. I have a UK one that can but I'm struggling to find it. I would also like to know more about NON VBV bins
