Carding E gift cards

This is a nice little method someone told me about. Basically you go to a site such as target.com or homedepot.com with ur vpn and sock5 of the cc holder and make an account. Age the account for around a week then order something small to the cc holder address. Once it says "shipped" Then just order an e gift card from their site. This is just some basics you can figure other stuff out yourself.
