201 dumps on AU POS

I insert the card 3 times and then swipe it. But I got 05 declined code instantly. Why? Are there any more things I should do before I swipe 201 cards?
PS: My POS is tyro. Can I just encode 201 dumps into no chip cards and swipe or should I encode 201 dumps into chip cards?

Bro probably your bin not opening , you doing correct . Or may be you can try destroy chip so that pos automatically convert to 101 for swipe for better approval some time.

Only by trying mate or u can ask partners around thats only way i think. or try small banks or may be high level bins .

Can you tell me how to destroy chips? I cut the mouse usb lines and touch the black & red end to the chip but no function. POS still can read it.
