Need partners to work Amex/Disco replacement card. I dont waste my time with dumps anymore. New/Replacement card gets mailed directly from issuer to drops. Only interested in people with previous Amex control job.
Sometimes it decline on first swipe then we unblock/authorize. Need people who know places or have store insiders for large swipes. Most of them come with 15k to 30k available credit.

Yes escrow is really good but when it comes to cc or dumps swiping or punching its really difficult.That is you can get me a high balance cc you have called to check the balance or dumps you the seller thinks got thousands of cash on it but anything could happen at the point of swiping either regional block or daily limit exceeded by card holder or transaction amount is suspicious.
So in these cashout deals all you need is so far as you got good base and you think risking some to test some cashiers should be your first motive.Once some few cashiers come over to testify your base then you can choose to continue cashing out or applying to be a verified seller here to accept escrow payment or FE So my good friend think over this and start sharing bread with guys in the forum.Good luck
