EMV track + pin

i ahve emv tracks with pin, can someone do somethin with them?
i only got a few bins to cashout, anyone has any idea how to make them all cashout?
The data was collected through emv logger. It contains static and dynamic tracks.
Last thing, if anyone knows any good countries for static bins, we might have a good business.
