some bank in my country have same track2 on chip and on magstripe . And those infos don't change after a transaction , could anyone have a real and complete software that can extract .ist file or that i can use to write dumps on jcop card to test to see if that emv myth is true ?

In Europe, different meaning of the service code in Track2 Equivalent Data has appeared since 2008 in MasterCard and since 2009 in Visa.
ChipCVC(MasterCard) and iCVV(Visa) are different from CVC / CVV values located on the magnetic strip.

smartcard, братишка да с амерами можно даже не базарить,они только орут что все рипаки на чипы или продают кидальный софт и больше нихуя
