How can I recognize non emv atm ? An ATM who only read the magnetic strip.

non chip atm will accept chip cards and approve it.
chipped atm will refuse the card

I saw an ATM who accept my card, typing amount and PIN. And finally "card are not accepted"
but how to recognize non chip atm without testing ?
