Firstly NO EMV encoding software is that cheap. Someone will either give you free or charge you A LOT MORE for it.
Anyways. I keep getting in trouble on this site for calling out scammers. 13 out of the 14 people i have called out as scammers on her have gone on to scam people.
and 3 others are site hustling on the pms on this forum. Watch how this post gets deleted and more people get scammed.

The msr is linked to the emv software and ATM hacking software when you are about to write the dumps with pin on a blank card.
