Bins you can easily reset the atm pin with just dumps

How much will be appropriate to sell bins of dumps which you can easily reset the
ATM pin if you have the real track 1 information?
so it goes like this
1. you must have the track2 + real track 1
2. the track 1 and where it was skimmed from (state, zip code), you do a ssn lookup
using the real name on the track to get the dob and ssn
3. you call the specific automated number ( robot not talking to a real person on
phone) to change pin over the phone...this number even lets you know the
balance.....
4. you use the new pin you selected and hit atm to withdraw funds
i have few of these bins but i will only sell the prepaid one and its usa bank
i gladly accept escrow
since lots of the bin on jokerstash but doesnt come with valid track 1
How much will be appropriate to sell this bin?

bro, u dont need give that info to u partner, i mean: just offer dumps for cashout with know balance
the other people not need know how u can see the balance and change pin

The same automated phone number that lets you check the dump balance is the same one that lets you change the pin
Secondly not looking for d+p cashier, since that is an old skill me and most forum members can do themselves
Only reason I want to sell is because the dumps of the bin I have bought from shops, don't come with track1 or when they do they come with inaccurate track1.
So those who get thier dumps privately or elsewhere and have those bins with accurate track1 and simply create a new pin, hit the ATM card cashout
