EMV Cloning (201, 220, etc) from a dump and a ist will never work because of ARQC verification protocol.
This means that these software promising to clone emv are complete useless and none of them will work.
because ARQC cannot be generated/calculated
Note: you can clone your own "physical" chip card ..but your own physical card comes with more details than just mere track1/track2 + pin that vendors sell
All those videos you see of someone cloning the chip, is just scammers cloning thier own physical cards and faking they used a bought dumps + pin Info...if you think I am lying , give these scammers a bought dump + pin and tell them to clone it and cashout and split and they would run around circles with unlimited excuses
Now for non chip cards ( magstripe) like 101, 120, 121 which don't have chip, you can easily clone them
There are 2 ways to clone a chip card!
1. Using NFC....just like apple pay clones your CVV into the app and you pay with just your phone and tap and pay, there are NFC apps that clone your dumps (both chip and magstripe) into your phone and you can tap and pay...a typical example is mycard ( though validity of mycard is low and you need the few working bins), there are better customized apps that works with only MasterCard debits , but these app goes for 1k on the darknet abd only works with Android
2: Another known way to cashout a chip dump is to make atm or pos fallback, also known as 3 dip cause "dip" atms is usually the ones that will accept magstripe.
What fallback means is if you insert non functioning or blocked chip card , 3 times in pos it will most of the times promp you to swipe instead like a magstripe 101, thus bypassing emv protocol, this same technique work in many dip atms.
Only thing you need to clone is a damaged chip card (using volts to damage the chip) and MSR and MSRX software + some blank chip cards.
But you still need pos models or ATM models (usually old ones) that allow for fallback or 3 dipping
And more importantly, bins that 100% allow 3 dipping

U can’t clone chip but you can still cash out 201 D+P by bypassing the chip

Yeah by 3 dipping or 1 dipping ...also note that only few banks and pos and atm supports chip bypass
..also another way to use chip is to put the info in a NFC app for dumps and tap and pay in stores

The key is that EMV cards don't just output the same response every time. They're a*challenge-response*system: they work by reading a "challenge" message from the terminal, doing some computation within the chip, and then outputting a unique "response" message back. If you capture that response, you're only capturing*one possible output*-- the one that corresponds to the challenge it was sent. Since a terminal*should*never output the same challenge twice and the challenge*should*be unpredictable, then that capture response*should*be useless in the future.
In order to fully clone an EMV chip, you need to know the secret that's stored inside it. Since it never transmits that secret, obtaining it is impractical.
This in contrast to other identification technology such as RFID and magnetic stripes which only know how to transmit*one*number. In the case of these technologies, cloning that output is reasonably simple.
