First you seem clueless and ignorant about dips in general
Since it's impossible to clone the chip (using track 1 or track 2..though possible to clone your own physical card cos with your own physical card you have the card number ist etc than just track data)..the way you can cashout a chip tracks it's either dipping or through nfc dump apps..tip nfc cvv2 app is apple pay, Samsung pay, Google pay and are not nfc dump apps.
Now let's break down dipping!! There's nothing like a one dip chip blank card unless you want deceptive deceitful idiots to sell you hopes
Dipping generally means you dip (insert) a damaged chip (usually damaged with a 12 volts) in a POS or ATM and then after the machine fails to read the chip, it fallsback to the magstripe
Now only 2 types if dip work..1 dip and 3 dip
1 dip; you insert damaged chip blank, it fails to read the chip cos chip is damaged and then it falls back to read the magstripe instead
3 dip; ; you insert damaged chip blank 3 times, it fails to read the chip twice cos chip is damaged and then it falls back to read the magstripe instead third time
1 dip, 3 dip depends more on the specific bins that allow that since and damaged chip blank is fine with either
