how do you know a ATM is gonna work? is there a app or something that tracks non EMV ATMS? etc im fairly new to this and just trying to figure out how i should do this. ive been researching and reading forums for days now and it just seems like so much mixed info. Thanks again boys- Thraxxy

Fallback transaction occurs when a chip card, presented at a chip terminal, cannot be read due to a technical issue with the chip which results in the “falling back” to a magnetic stripe transaction.
Non EMV Atm's or 101 Atm's are those who you just swipe your card in.
