walmart is tight really tight, even if everything is ok they can cancel order for pickup or shipping, its a hassle tbh

Are you sure that your card's billing address is correct? It may be because of AVS miss match. Or are you using no avs bin?

The billing gotta be good cause I'm still using minor stuff but when I use it for high balance my order cancel
