This is inaccurate!
I have 10 different bins with different banks ( all USA, just 1 is Canada) that auto add without banking app on apple pay
And a bin might be auto add on apple pay but on Samsung pay it asks for OTP
But all my Samsung pay auto add bins are auto add for Google pay though
