You don't get non vbv shop! What you get is a great shop or private vendor that has a 95% valid rate of cards (both vbv,mcsc, amex safe key and non vbv, non mcsc, non amex safekey cards)
Then you get your 100% non vbv, non mcsc, non amex safe key binlist
You buy those bins from the vendor
Ps. No one will give you Thier 100% non vbv list for free unless those outdated crap or you give an offer they can't refuse....same for private cvv vendors contact with high validity rate
