Posting here will not change anything, write in the blacklist section of the forum with your evidence that this user does not accept escrow, the administrators will do what is necessary.

He sells nothing, so its not a requirement to accept escrow...so I can't be posting chat logs of where he refused escrow cos even he knows it's true!
