newbie in store carding question

I am an Asian.Can I buy Chinese dumps and then use it to buy something in store in Canada without pin??
Is it easy to work ?

Yup you can do that, should work for you, just keep in mind that this has been played out in Canada, specially in big cities like Toronto and Montreal. So you gotta be carefull, always punch out ur cards so all the digits match and also have a matching ID, also try to stick to smaller towns

excellent .and how can I buy the machine which can print the blank card and write write digital ,ID over card?

You can buy printed cards already and just emboss them and hot stamp them. There is a big range of embossers and hot stampers available for purchase from china, from automated ones to more cheaper manual ones
