I need a method/supplier of UK DOB

Anyone have a method to obtain / supply of UK name address and DOB?
I don't need specific details but based on region. And not directors either i've burned though most already.
I know there is a couple of sites you can search dob by name + address but at $7+ dollars each its too expensive.

Just had a look and tried some generic names, i.e John, Paul, Steven and get 1 or 0 persons returned. Sites i was using have stopped working. Have another that i am told works but costs $15 a dob. No idea if itlegit as i have never tried it. PM if you want it

If it is over a certain amount of results I think you must also enter the postcode, long time since used that service but some results were accurate. Unfortunately UK do not have a lot of the same info lookup and background checking that the USA has. I would like to know more services like this.
