Best way to access someone else's PayPal account?

After receiving account credentials , I've read that a clean socks5 is just enough to access another person's account , others say you need a rdp but rdps are relatively expensive if you fail executing. Any tips are useful brothers.

Rdp is only for more safety. Clean socks close to zip code of person's address on paypal, knowing what browser and operating system that the person is using or used to login into the paypal account is good too because you can find a useragent matching the one used by the person. That's enough.

I would have to use something like antidetect to spoof the browser and op system right?
