Hi, when carding I get this problem (do_not_honor) has anyone encountered this problem and if you can help me solve this problem.

you need one of the following from my little experience.
Fulls so you can call too....approve the decline transaction....
login to the card /bank ----sometimes you get mesaages,like suspicious transactions ......or unusual transactions ......you click yes, it was me ...and try again and it will approve .
email access to the card, you check ur email and see, if you attempt to purchase a pu**y for 10.99$ click yes ..if charges not from you...decline .........
....
