bypass paypal CNAM lookup

Do you know any method to bypass the CNAM lookup? Basically eevery pp account is hit by phone verification, and if you try to add another number it must be linked to your name.
Applying for a voip number and request to change CNAM is a good idea?

NO it dosent work that way. you cant add any voip number to paypal without logging in. try to get paypal with email acess and cookies to login to email. Once you logged in, you can change the phone. but changing password, phone or email will put that paypal under radar. even if you have the full access to the account, you cant transfer. Better leave paypal alone lol

For real, when I log in, during the authflow, I'm offered to verify using the pre-added number, or to just add another one, but this one pp keep saying must be registered in cardholder's name
