Come to google play and download Samourai wallet. This wallet have built in btc mixer and tor server - it will allow you to receive and send BTC anonimously without registering account anywhere. Same stuff with Monero - come to Google Play and download Monerujo wallet. Everything will be stored on your phone and not on server somewhere. Alternatively - just install official Monero GUI client on your PC/Mac.
